WINTECH HEAT EXCHANGER started off as a Small organization with limited resources. Mostly, small & standard Heat Exchangers were manufactured. The company did not venture into customized heat exchangers. WINTECH experienced a Transformation from a small heat exchanger manufacturing company onto a path of tremendous growth.

An after cooler removes heat from the compressed air coming from a supercharger before it enters an engine`s induction system. This increases efficiency and power by increasing the density of the air, making for more air molecules per cubic foot. After coolers may also be known as intercoolers. The terms were coined according to the placement of the system within an engine, but after coolers and intercoolers function similarly.

An intercooler is any mechanical device used to cool a fluid, including liquids or gases, between stages of a multi-stage heating process, typically a heat exchanger that removes waste heat in a gas compressor.

They are used in many applications, including air compressors, air conditioners, refrigerators, and gas turbines, and are widely known in automotive use as an air-to-air or air-to-liquid cooler for forced induction (turbocharged or supercharged) internal combustion engines to improve their volumetric efficiency by increasing intake air charge density through nearly isobaric(constant pressure) cooling.

Air preheater are heat exchanger to preheat or air heating of the combustion air by means of flue gas, steam, water or thermal oil. Air preheaters are used when exhaust temperatures of combustion systems are particularly high.

 This extracts the hot exhaust valuable energy, which discharged otherwise unused into the atmosphere and warming means of this exhaust heat the combustion air of the combustion process.

In the classical use, air preheaters are connected behind high-pressure steam boilers or thermal oil boilers with a flue gas temperature up to 400 ยฐ C. 

  Their exhaust temperatures lend themselves to preheat the combustion air up to 300 ยฐ C. In this way, an air preheater save up to 10% of fuel costs and thus enables payback periods of less than two years. 

Meanwhile, air preheater also be used in low temperature ranges in order to make the most efficient use of the fuels and counter the rising fuel prices.

 Water cooled chillers absorb heat from process water and transfer it to a separate water source such as a cooling tower, river, pond, etc. Industrial water chillers are generally used for large capacity applications, where the heat generated by air cooled chillers creates a problem. 

They are also considered when a cooling tower is already in place, or where the customer requires optimum efficiency of power consumption. 

Water cooled chillers require condenser water treatment to eliminate mineral buildup. 

Mineral deposits create poor heat transfer situations, that reduce the efficiency of the unit.

A plate type heat exchanger is a type of heat exchanger that uses metal plates to transfer heat between two fluids. This has a major advantage over a conventional heat exchanger in that the fluids are exposed to a much larger surface area because the fluids spread out over the plates.

A cooling tower is a heat rejection device which rejects waste heat to the atmosphere through the cooling of a water stream to a lower temperature. 

Cooling towers may either use the evaporation of water to remove process heat and cool the working fluid to near the wet-bulb air temperature or, in the case of closed circuit dry cooling towers, rely solely on air to cool the working fluid to near the dry-bulb air temperature.

Cooling towers vary in size from small roof-top units to very large hyperboloid structures (as in the adjacent image) that can be up to 200 metres (660 ft) tall and 100 metres (330 ft) in diameter, or rectangular structures that can be over 40 metres (130 ft) tall and 80 metres (260 ft) long. The hyperboloid cooling towers are often associated with nuclear power plants,[1] although they are also used to some extent in some large chemical and other industrial plants. Although these large towers are very prominent, the vast majority of cooling towers are much smaller, including many units installed on or near buildings to discharge heat from air conditioning

1.Cooling the circulating water used in oil refineries, petrochemical and other chemical plants, thermal power stations and HVAC systems for cooling buildings.  
2.The classification is based on the type of air induction into the tower: the main types of cooling towers are natural draft and induced draft cooling towers.

Radiators are heat exchangers used to transfer thermal energy from one medium to another for the purpose of cooling and heating. 

The majority of radiators are constructed to function in automobiles, buildings, and electronics.

The radiator is always a source of heat to its environment, although this may be for either the purpose of heating this environment, or for cooling the fluid or coolant supplied to it, as for engine cooling.

 Despite the name, most radiators transfer the bulk of their heat via convection instead of thermal radiation (the main exception to this rule being the radiators on spacecraft, see spacecraft radiators below), though the term "convector" is used more narrowly.
